Extremely disappointed. The product was unusable as any ink pen would not write on the waxy surface. Nowhere in selecting the "premium" finish does it mention you will be unable to write with a ballpoint pen. Also, even if that wasn't a problem, the print quality is pretty bad for the price. I paid for the higher quality and it still looks like I printed them out on a home printer. Would not recommend. .

Please be aware there is a slight color difference between the (ivory, although description says white) card and the (white) envelope. The price, money-back guarantee and quick delivery make the slight color difference easy to ignore. Printing was perfect!
