Greetings from Jail Humorous Postcard

This humorous artwork was inspired by a walk-through area in a complex of government buildings, Place du Portage in Hull (Gatineau) Québec, Canada. Funny how many of those areas look exactly like a prison or jail. I sympathize with the government employees, who have to walk past or through places like this five days a week. I am sure some can relate to this message and image! Alternately, you can change the text if you want, by filling in the text box on the product page ... or, you can even replace the picture with one of your own glorious masterpieces! This is a great satirical card to send as a joke to parents, adult kids, other relatives and friends - young children may not understand the tongue-in-cheek humor; the boss, fellow employees and coworkers, anyone who has a sense of ironic wit; or, if you really are in jail, it could be appropriate! The original photograph has been treated with a slight posterizing effect, giving the appearance of a gloomy medieval dungeon with a bit of straw, iron bars and stone walls. It could also be debtor’s prison, sanitorium, workhouse, holding cell or anything your creative imagination can conjure up. Colors are primarily shades of grey with orange brown grass or straw.
