Grid Pattern from a Chair Round Pillow
The original pattern by HomeWare on this Round Pillow is exactly what it's called, a grid pattern made from an original photograph of the back of a chair. Dark gray and brown square dots in rows form the grid. The rows curve slightly as the chair does. Up close, the little square dots are holes with rounded corners and a shadow dimension around the upper and right hand edges. The colors of the body of the chair are muted tones from nature, pale sage green blending into pale mauve, then soft, sandy brown, looking as if they'd been painted on. This abstract design, with its sophisticated color scheme, has a very modern look.

This is a good size, good color, great shape. From far away it looks like the symbol for OM but upon closer inspection you can read a bunch of sanskrit names for yoga poses like sun salutations and mountain pose and child's pose.... It's missing a few of my favorites but has several others I have still to work on. But it definitely works well as a comfortable cushion for my meditation practice. I ordered it to supplement my recent yoga studies. Both sides feature a fairly intricate printing - from far away it looks like the symbol for OM but upon closer inspection you can read a bunch of sanskrit names for yoga poses like sun salutations and mountain pose and child's pose.... And the words are very clear. On both sides.

When the pillow is plumped out and round, I have had people not want to sit down in case they disturb the sleeping cat.
Great quality fabric, easy to throw in washing machine when needed and it came out the same after a gentle cold wash. So detailed and realistic.
