This product runs very small but the service I received to exchange the product was above and beyond. The new size fits perfectly! Color was spot on! Everything was perfect!

I previously ordered a Large shirt for my 30 lb Boston Terrier following the sizing guidelines provided. Unfortunately, it was WAY too small and looked like a bandage on him! Also, the colors that we used appeared too light in person, although that could possibly also be attributed to the fact that the shirt was too small and therefore stretched out. Zazzle was fantastic about returning for a larger size and refunded our money, no questions asked. The XL fits him perfectly! We also decided to do black and grey font, as we thought it might be more readable. Looks very classy, and will go well with his natural black and white tuxedo :)
