Guerrilla Warfare Poster

Guerrilla Warfare Poster

Guerrilla Warfare. Painting by Albert Bierstadt. During the American Civil War, guerrilla warfare played a significant role in the conflict, particularly in the Southern states where irregular Confederate forces, often referred to as Southern guerrillas or bushwhackers, engaged in unconventional tactics against Union forces. Operating in the border regions and behind enemy lines, these Southern guerrilla groups, led by notable figures like William Quantrill and "Bloody Bill" Anderson, conducted hit-and-run attacks, raids, and sabotage. Their primary objectives were to disrupt Union supply lines, gather intelligence, and spread fear among Union sympathizers in the region. The Southern guerrilla activity was characterized by its fluid and elusive nature, making it challenging for Union forces to counter effectively. These irregular forces often targeted Union soldiers, civilian supporters, and even fellow Southerners suspected of aiding the Union cause. The most infamous example of guerrilla warfare during the Civil War was the Lawrence Massacre in 1863, where Quantrill's raiders attacked the pro-Union town of Lawrence, Kansas, leaving nearly 200 men and boys dead and the town in ruins. The Southern guerrillas' tactics blurred the lines between military and civilian targets, contributing to the brutality of the conflict in the border states. Guerrilla warfare in the South persisted even after the formal conclusion of the Civil War, as some Confederate veterans continued their irregular activities during the Reconstruction era. The challenges posed by guerrilla warfare added a layer of complexity to the overall dynamics of the Civil War, reflecting the decentralized nature of Southern resistance and the deep-rooted divisions that persisted even after the formal surrender of the Southern armies.

I was so amazed at how this all turned out. Everyone who attended the funeral was in awe of how beautiful it was made. And I owe it all to Zazzle. I wouldn’t have done it better myself not to mention I wouldnt have time to do it. The great part of it all was they had templates that was catered to my needs and that I could use it in ways I wanted to use to resize it my way. It took some time but I was happy it turned out great. I did 100 photos, 89, 66 photos (I think) lol templates. The only suggestion is that the templates, before sending through would tell you of errors like; saying please revise or resize it again for any photos that is not perfectly well sitting or not show it’s cutting off some of them and where it tells you there’s duplicates. Staring, placing and resizing all 100 + pictures into the template can be tiresome and overwhelming and it makes my eyes blurred that I can’t tell if they’re cutting off or overlapping or duplicates. Overall I am very pleased and will be using Zazzle again should the need arises. Thank you Zazzle. Altogether I’ve done 3 collages 1 profile picture and couple pictures with 1 frame and yet this is my first time ordering as a 1 time customer. Prices were very reasonable and accommodating to my finances. .

Fun bright artwork that really captures the mood I’m going for! Pop art with cyberpunk energy. A little sweet but also spicy. This art is the perfect size and vibe for our art gallery wall. The printing looks great, high quality with vibrant colors! I went with the semi-gloss finish, which adds a little extra shine and thickness to the print making it excellent for high-traffic areas like the staircase wall.
