I ordered an Adult Large shirt and received a child's Large. I sent an email and after about 3 days, received a response saying a replacement shirt was being sent. I received the replacement about a week later. I thought the resolution time was a bit on the slow side. I am assuming that the "slow" replacement time was due to the holidays. It was supposed to be a Christmas present, so it was disappointing. But all in all I was happy with how everything was handled and would definately order from Zazzle again. Printing seems fine. It was a gift, so I don't know how its holding up to washing.
