The quality and durability is good. My four year old grandson loved the games and activities on both sides. He'll get a lot of use out of this placemat.
Because it is laminated, I assumed a dry erase or crayon could be easily used with a soft cloth to erase.
It did erase but marks could still be faintly seen. I would purchase this again. The printing was wonderful. Clear and sharp. Text was easy to read.

The mat is thin so, I glued the plastic sheet used in the packing that has the same color theme and brand name on the back, to the underside of the mat. I love the style, colors and design. Easy th clean. It takes me back to when I was a little girl. So adorable.....lines, colors and design are great. The mat should have been thicker though. It's like paper thin.
