Happiness comes in waves - Ocean Art Trivet

I ordered the marble trivet with a beautiful photo of sunflowers imprinted on the marble. The trivet arrived ahead of schedule and the photo was beautiful. I do woodworking so I framed it with Peruvian walnut and maple inlay to give as a gift. The first two trivets I got were chipped along the edges but the wooden frame I made helped hide the chipping. I have since ordered 2 more of these marble trivets with personalized photos that were too badly chipped to use since the chipping was deep and extended into the photos. The 2nd two trivets also arrived well ahead of schedule which was nice. If the maker can do something about the chipping along the edges I would highly recommend these. Otherwise, I would not recommend them. Zazzle customer service was very quick to respond to the problem and had the 4th trivet remade along with giving me 2 day shipping. I was very pleased with the customer service but the 4th trivet had even worse chipping and the colors weren't as vibrant. I will try ordering once more but if things do not improve I would not recommend this product. Considering the colors are being imprinted into marble I would say the 1st three marble trivets turned out very well. The 4th one I got was not quite as good.

This is beautiful ! I bought this as a gift, I love buying these as small gifts.

My first worry was it might scratch off easily, but although I have not used heavy hot pots on it yet, it is nice to see the design. The transition from the color to the brownish stone is a bit awkward to my eye, but I’m in love with the art so hope to enjoy using the tile on the dining table.
