About This Design
Black History Icons: Harriet Tubman, Civil Rights Hockey Puck
Black History Icons: Harriet Tubman, Civil Rights: Harriet Tubman, a former slave herself, became a legendary conductor on the Underground Railroad. After escaping to freedom in 1849, she bravely returned south at least 19 times over the next decade. Nicknamed "Moses" for her leadership, Tubman guided enslaved people through a network of safe houses and secret routes on their perilous journey north to freedom. Using the North Star for navigation and relying on the kindness of strangers, she risked her life to help over 300 people reach freedom. Her courage and determination became an inspiration for the fight against slavery.

Had these created for both grandsons- BIG HIT- as, they both play hockey! Even the parents were impressed with the quality and creativity! A definite purchase for a unique gift to give! Colors were good- but, could have been a bit sharper- overall, still would purchase again
