The ladies seminar gave folks the gift of laughing, crying, dancing, a realness to dieting & how we look at ourselves. They made new connections and weaved a little magic within each person who showed up for the workshop...Frankie knows my walks are all about exploring, developing & courage & consistency & I appreciate him walking with me. I enjoy focusing on the treasures of our Spirits/history of the town's folks who worked hard to just live in this quiet lil' town versus the tangible things amongst the desert...As our lives unfold, no matter our age, we are all here to encourage one another. Anyone who knows me, I am the place of nurturing but not enabling. I encourage people to meet & greet with the ladies and allow your soul to rise above your ego...You will enjoy them.
