Facebook Login is no longer supported

Zazzle no longer supports logging in with Facebook credentials. If you previously used Facebook to log in, you can now access your Zazzle account using one of the Log In options listed below. 

  1. Email and one-time passcode (OTP): You can log in using the email address associated with your Facebook account. We'll send you a one-time passcode to complete the login.
  2. Google authorization: If your Facebook account uses a Gmail address, you can log in with Google.
  3. Password Recovery: To log in with your email and password, use the password recovery process. Visit this link and enter the email address associated with your Zazzle account. You will receive a link to reset your password. 

If you don't know your Facebook email address, log in to Facebook and check your account settings to find the email address associated with your account.

I see an error message when trying to log in. What should I do? 

Try these troubleshooting steps:

  • Verify you're using the correct email address associated with your Facebook account.
  • Check your email inbox (including spam folder) for the one-time passcode or password recovery link.
  • Make sure you're using the latest version of the Zazzle app.

I cannot remember which email address I used. What do I do?

If you are logged in to Zazzle, you can view your email address in your account settings. If you are logged out and cannot remember your email address, or you don’t have access to your Facebook email address, please contact support so we can help troubleshoot further.

My Facebook is linked to an old email address that I can't access.

If you are currently logged into Zazzle, use one of the login options listed above. If you are not currently logged into Zazzle, then please contact support so we can help troubleshoot further.

What if I do not want to use a one-time passcode?

Please reach out to support if you would like to return to entering a password.

I'm not receiving the verification passcode / one-time password email.

If you don't see the "Your one-time passcode" email in your inbox, check your spam/promotions/trash folders and add “no-reply@zazzle.com” to your contacts. Please wait one hour before requesting a new code.
