How do I access and download my Instant Download that I've purchased?

Congrats on purchasing your Instant Download. You can make edits and personalize your instant download editable template as many times as you'd like and download them in a variety of high resolution formats like PNG, JPG, Standard PDF or Print PDF. 

Here are the steps to access your instant download. 

1. Log into Zazzle

2. In the header, click on your profile avatar and click on the "My Orders" link in the account flyout

3. On the "Orders History" page, search for your order and you will see a "Download File" button for files that are ready for Download.

NOTE: If you see a "Will be ready soon" button, this means the file is not ready to be downloaded and may need to be reviewed for quality and compliance, which typically takes anywhere from 30 minutes to two hours.

4. After clicking the "Download File" button, you will be directed to the detail page where you can download the file directly by clicking on the green "Download" button. Alternatively, you can further modify the design by clicking on the "Edit Design" button.

5. Select the file format that you want:

  • PNG: Best for files that have transparency 
  • JPG: Best for sharing 
  • Standard PDF: Best for emails
  • Print PDF: Best for Printing

What are Instant Downloads?

Instant Downloads are digital design templates that can be downloaded electronically to a smartphone, tablet or computer. Instant Downloads are currently available on a select set of popular products (i.e., wedding announcements, invitations, greeting cards, posters, and prints).

 

What will I receive when I purchase an Instant Download?

You'll receive a Download License to your Product for personal use when you purchase an Instant Download, and our User Agreement governs all digital Products.

You can edit your template and download a high-resolution, flattened file (in .PNG, .JPG, or .PDF), share the design, as well as print the files. For now, you'll have unlimited access to edit and download the file.

 

Where can I find 'digital' content on Zazzle?

Any eligible digital content can be found within Zazzle’s existing marketplace. For example, we currently offer Instant Downloads on invitations, which can be downloaded directly from the product pages of eligible designs.

 

What are the file sizes and dimensions of an Instant Download file?

You will have several file size and format options available when downloading the file(s) to your device. Below are the different file types as well as the associated resolutions:

  • A .jpg of the selected design view. This is a lower resolution file that is ideal for sharing (1280px)
  • A .png of the selected design view. This is a higher resolution file and better for transparency (2048px)
  • A .pdf file combining all of the design views. All pages in the file are flattened and compressed. Ideal for sharing. (150dpi)

  • A .pdf file combining all of the print views. This is a flattened file. All pages in the file are flattened and compressed. Ideal for printing (150dpi)

     

What am I allowed to do with my Instant Download?

Your Instant Download purchase grants you a Download License to the Independent Creator's design on the Zazzle marketplace. You may review the details of the Download License in our User Agreement.

 

How do I use my instant download as a digital invitation for my guests to RSVP? (similar to an evite)

You can now use your digital invitation to create a free event site with trackable RSVPs, automated reminders, photo sharing for your event, signup lists and more.
