How to Republish Your Design to Another Product

Let’s say you created a design and published it on a coffee mug. Then some months later you decide you want to put that same design on a phone case but now you can’t find the design on your computer. You can now republish that design from the mug to the phone case and to any other product you want.

 There are two different ways to do it:

• Use ‘Transfer this Design’ Link

 

Open the product page with the old product where the design currently lives. Scroll down to the area called ‘About This Design’ and you’ll see a link for ‘Transfer this design’ to another product. 

 

If the suggested blank products are not what you’re looking for, you can click on “View all Products” and type in the product you want to transfer this design onto. For example, “Mug”.

 

Once you select your product, this will bring you to the new product page for your mug. 

 

Now, you can edit the design if needed, or simply update your title, tags and descriptions and click on “Sell it”. Hey presto! You just published another product!

Please note this option is also available for your customers to use (once you don’t have design transfer disabled in your advanced settings). But sometimes designs don’t transfer well to other products depending on their intricacy, so this option is great to expand your offering to save the customer any trouble.
