Very pleased with this memorial board. The image quality exceeded my expectation. The thickness of the board is only about 1/4". This info was not included with the product. The board arrived damaged due to shipping and handling. I contacted customer service, and they responded quickly with a replacement. However, the replacement came too late for my planned event. Even with a creased line (damage from shipping), it still displayed nicely and was well received by guests seeing it. The image quality is excellent. The color and clarity are true to the photos that I sent. The photos I submitted were original, taken from my camera and iphone. They were not just photos sent from text messages. Thumbs up!
