Herbes de Provence Placemat
Herbes de Provence, a popular blend of aromatic herbs from southwest France used by chefs to flavor meats, fish, soups, stews and vegetables.
Combine whole dried herbs:
2 Tbsp. Thyme leaves
1 Tbsp. Oregano leaves
1 Tbsp. Rosemary leaves
1 Tbsp. Lavender flowers
Add 1Tbsp. cracked Fennel seeds
Mix well and store in an airtight jar in a dark cool spot. To use, rub blend between fingers to crush leaves and release fragrance. It is especially tasty sprinkled on grilled meats, tomatoes and zucchini. Enjoy!

I love the pattern, but it is much browner in person than the photo. Also after washing the back fabric shrinks more than the front fabric so the placemat is uneven. The printing is great except for the color which is much browner.
