This stone magnet sports a nostalgic Arizona Route 66 oval sticker-like design. Parks, Arizona is one of many cities along Historic US Route 66. Known as Main Street of American and the Mother Road, US Route 66 was one of the original US highways. The highway connected Chicago to Los Angeles through eight states (including Illinois and California). The background of the oval sticker is comprised of a photograph of a wall along a walkable segment of Route 66 in Parks, AZ. The two emblems are from a photograph of the Arizona Historic US Route 66 road sign.

These are really little gems! They're small enough to be handy, yet large enough to be seen. One set is on the refrigerator (surprise, right?), and of the other set, I'm giving three away as gifts and one is on my front door, where I can put papers I need to take with me when I go out or reminders. The quality is excellent -- very strong magnet and nice quality stone. The design is beautiful! I liked it on the computer screen and love it in person. The image on screen doesn't really do it justice -- they're better in person!
