The color blue is important in the practice of Hooponopono as it's used by some as a self-healing intention color. Purple represents spirituality. I have designed a mandala on this journal that contains hearts, infinity symbols & olive branches. Mandalas are sacred circles that represent unity and are used for meditation/self-reflection. This spiral notebook is a great spiritual reminder that love within expands to love all around and peace within expands to peace all around.
