I am age 72 and began writing for gay equality by my age 18, 56 years ago! I have a rather backwards conservative anti-gay family that refuses to accept reality and genuine love. We live in perilous times with unreliable political leaders, When I was age 18 I thought everything was going to be better very soon for us.
