Houses of Parliament, Stormy Sky (1904) by Claude Monet is a vintage impressionism fine art architectural painting. The British Houses of Parliament with Big Ben on the Thames River in London, England in silhouette on a stormy day. Monet painted a series of paintings of the Palace of Westminster, home of the British Parliament, during his stay in London.
