Seeing the beauty in even the most difficult of times isn't easy especially when you're looking within. Finding the beauty inside yourself is the most challenging, it almost feels wrong. Once we find it though it can be a release of the prisoner you once kept yourself as. Hiding away, keeping ourselves silent from tenderness and grandness, a nasty habit women take on early in life. I am one of those women. It is hard for me to find myself beautiful from a difficult life. I made myself find it though in a desperate mental health moment. Just trying anything to rise above the darkness my life had become. This is not me being vain or self promoting. I don't even look like the woman in the painting but its how I see what I see, my beautiful existence, what I find beautiful in all women. We Women represent all women out there it is up to us to make each other see our inner beauty by sticking together in a sisterhood a bond a belonging. I took what I found beautiful in women in my life and put them here to represent myself for the women in my life have formed who I am. following the footsteps of women before me finding them beautiful for who they are and the impact they've made in my world.
