I love my mug. I do. But the frosting came off after 3 washes and the words are fading. I thought frosted mugs were colored on the inside of the glass? You definitely can NOT put this in the dishwasher! Fantastic and Perfect... at first! After a few washes it began fade and come off. I don't think I will order a mug like this again. It is a shame because they have so many awesome choices!!!

The mug actually exceeded my expectations. It has a very substantial feel to it and is enjoyable to use. The printing is very nice - just as expected. Since the mug is frosted glass, I knew the colors would be more subdued than the image online. Since I could add my initial, I can now keep up with my mug.
