I BRAKE FOR EDITOR CAT by RoseWrites License Plate

OMG, I am so embarrassed. After I created my I break for Editor Cat by RoseWrites License Plate, my husband noticed my typo. He wrote, "The vanity plate is really cute, but it should be spelled 'Brake'." It goes to show you the value of another set of eyes. I suppose since I was looking at other Editor Cat designs, e.g. my Coffee Break With Cat iPhone/iPad Case by RoseWrites, I could excuse it by saying I meant "break" as in coffee break — but I didn't even clue-in when I designed it. Then, I remembered the phrase "I brake for" being popular and felt I should double-check if it's trademarked. Since I am leaving out "CAUTION", I believe my design is allowable. Plus, I don't want to cause alarm if you brake for Editor Cat and Women in STEM (we're harmless). Also, it further states: "This trademark application was refused, dismissed, or invalidated by the Office and this application is no longer active."
