Came in very good condition and in good timing, before Christmas. I gave this product a 4 because I believe that there is always room to improve and if you just give it a 5 they won't think to improve. This was perfect for one of my dear friends, and I really like the saying on the mug. I also feel like it was not over priced. Overall, the product was very good. I din't closely examine it because I wanted to keep it in the bubble wrap but it looked exactly how I expected.
