The cup is sturdy and a good size. Lid fits well so no leaks! The words turned out great but I wouldn't recommend putting a personal picture on there, like I did. Maybe the white mug would look better but the picture is hard to see on the stainless steal. Nonetheless it personalized it, and I still like it.
