Ice-nine, water that has a melting point of 48.5 degreesC (114 degreesF). A fictional material from the book Cat's Cradle by Kurt Vonnegut. Created by the inventor of the atomic bomb (as if he hadn't done enough damage!!!) it eventually causes ICE APOPCALYPSE as all the water on earth converts on contact to ice-nine. Yikes. This is one of my favorite sci-fi stories, hope you like the tee in homage to it! The design is the japanese symbol for ice, and then the number 9. Simples.
