Over Zazzle’s 15 years, we’ve launched some amazing products! To commemorate 15 years, we asked 15 Zazzlers to each share their personal pick over the years and how they’ve used Zazzle products for life’s moments – both big and small.
1. Banners
Kat has found that banners add a special touch to birthdays. “Banners have seriously one-uped my child’s birthday parties! We had an ice cream themed party and it was a huge hit! The quality of the banners is excellent and also affordable – I’ve purchased them for every major event I’ve hosted.”
2. Canvas Prints
Photography and canvas prints are a perfect match for Parker. “I’m a huge astronomy nerd, so being able to print my photographs in large format is a beautiful thing. Adding my own copyright line made me feel even more pro!”
3. Greeting Cards
Is there any better way to show you care than a personal card? Erika has this to say about her favorite product – “I love birthday cards because they are so fun to personalize for friends and family. A card with a personal touch is so much more appreciated than one off of the rack!”
4. Door Hangers
A hobby many of us have adopted during quarantine is bread making, and Lonny and his wife have too! They repurposed a product to make it into their favorite. “My wife bakes a lot and used to put a sticky note with a messily written ‘bread inside’ on our oven when she had something proofing inside. Now, her proofing sign is much nicer to look at with this custom-designed and repurposed door hanger.”
5. Stickers
Many of our favorite products are purchased for a specific gift or celebration, but Michael uses his favorite product on the daily whenever he can. He says – “Stickers are great for everything! I place them on gifts, vases of flowers for my neighbors, cards, and even my rent checks to my landlord.”
6. Photo Sculptures
Especially when we are physically apart, seeing images of our loved ones is so important, and Babbess found the perfect product to accomplish that in her home. “I absolutely love photo sculptures because they are little memory keepers. I have family photos, the first photo I took engaged, my cute little doggo, my sweet grandma and I. They are tiny, durable, and stand up on their own, no frame needed! I place them around my house, on my bedside table, and my desk so they are always in eyesight to remind me of the people I love!”
7. Buttons
Anyone who has been in a bachelorette party knows that coordinating swag is crucial and Mati used our buttons to present each member of the bridal party. She had this to say – “I customized these ‘Team Bride’ buttons for my best friend’s bachelorette weekend. Each guest had their name printed on their button, and I made one in the ‘huge’ size for the bride. Everyone loved the gesture and it also helped us get to know the names of the girls we hadn’t met before. The buttons became little mementos to remember the weekend by – I still have mine and I know the others kept theirs too!”
8. Mugs
Cue the Christmas carols, no matter what time of year it is! Heather’s favorite product is one many customers are familiar with – “I love mugs because they are so fun and easy for any gifting occasion. Hawaii is one of my favorite destinations, and every time I use this mug I am reminded of one of my favorite trips to Hawaii for Christmas! I love drinking out of it, even when the holiday season is months away.”
9. Rings
Pets leave a mark on our hearts that we never forget, and Kellye uses her favorite product to remember hers. She says -“I purchased this ring after the loss of my 15-year-old fur baby, Suzi-Q. I wanted to memorialize her in a way that her photo was always with me, and this ring was the perfect product! Not only is the picture in the ring beautiful but the ring is sturdy, solid, and a perfect gift for any precious memory to be displayed on.”
10. Wood Wall Art
Leontien has this to say about her favorite home décor item – “I’ve ordered quite a few products over the past years, but my absolute favorite is the wood wall art I ordered with a photo of our boys. I love the print on the wood because it gives it such a different feeling.”
11. Prints
Firrend is known as a family man at Zazzle, we’ve all met his adorable daughter and loving wife on one occasion or another. That’s why it is no surprise that this favorite product memorialized one of their most special memories. “My favorite product is our prints. They’re really well done and a high-quality product – I love having my wedding photo displayed this way in my home.”
12. Fleece Blankets
Eric’s favorite product is shared by his kids too! He says – “My three kids (ages 9, 7 & 5) love to snuggle on the couch with their fleece blankets. The fleece blankets are special to my kids because it was the first time they got to design their very own blankets, and they had a blast expressing their creativity and making their own creations.”
13. Bath Mats
We love seeing how employees and customers repurpose products, and Dennis and his dog Luke have a genius use for their favorite product! “Luke’s water intake has skyrocketed this summer, as well as the subsequent water dribble/mess we were dealing with around the apartment. That’s when I had the idea to repurpose a bath mat as a pet placemat for his water bowl. I also added some funny ‘instructions’ for Luke that our guests get a kick out of!”
14. Postcards
Ashley is a huge Disney fan, so it’s no surprise that her favorite product features Mickey Mouse! She says – “Especially while being socially distant, I love being able to send customized postcards with my favorite characters on them to my family and friends! Postcards are quick and easy to order and only require a small postage stamp – they’re the perfect way to say ‘I miss you’ or ‘I’m thinking of you’.”
15. Afridrilles
Jeff is the biggest advocate for Afridrilles and the impact they have beyond being cool footwear. “I love our Afridrilles because in addition to looking good, they’re doing good – the sales of these shoes provide jobs to marginalized mothers of special needs children in Kenya, while also providing them with medical care.”
