Our Disposable Cotton Face Masks are made of single-ply (4.2 oz.) jersey fabric, consisting of 52% Airlume combed and ring-spun cotton, and 48% polyester. They are one size fits all, with a no-sew contoured cut design for maximum face coverage. They offer two ear holes per side to accommodate most face shapes and sizes. In the United States, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention recommends even homemade cloth face coverings to help slow the spread of the virus. We highly recommend our customers to follow the guidelines as set out by their respective governments.

What materials are your face masks made of?

We offer face masks made of 100% premium cotton, 100% polyester, and a combination of cotton and poly fabrics (front of mask 100% polyester, back of mask 96% cotton and 4% spandex). The sturdy over-the-ear straps guarantee a snug fit, and our cloth face masks are machine washable.

Can I have anything printed on my custom face mask?

The same rules apply as with all the other custom products we sell on our site. You can upload your own text, images of pictures, or even the logo of your company, as long as you own the copyright/trademark of the design. Are your masks acceptable for use in a medical setting? Do they resemble N-95 respirators?

No, our custom face masks are not intended for use by health-care professionals or for use in a medical setting. Neither do our face masks resemble the N-95 respirators that must be reserved for medical workers and other health-care professionals. Wearing one of our cloth face masks is an extra protective measure that you can take, in addition to keeping your distance, washing your hands, and sneezing in your elbows.

How long will it take to receive my customized face mask(s)?

We do our best to produce your order of custom face masks as soon as possible, but please note production times may vary, so it’s best to check the listed production times on our site. The actual delivery date will also depend upon which shipping method you choose.

Does Zazzle sell any other face coverings, besides masks?

Yes! Zazzle offers bandanas, which can be customized, just like our masks. Bandanas can be folded and tied around the head to cover the nose and mouth.
