Music enthusiasts know the intrinsic value of a song goes beyond a few great lyrics. They tap into what makes their beloved tunes truly great. It’s worth putting some serious effort into selecting the perfect gifts for music lovers in your life. Maybe it’s something that shows off their love of the art, adds a touch of colorful décor to their home, or enhances their listening experience. Here are some ideas they’ll love!
The Ultimate Headphones
Serious music lovers know that a great pair of headphones is essential. But don’t just snag any old pair. Some features are non-negotiable, like substantial padding, comfortable fit, Bluetooth capabilities, and noise reduction. All the better if the headphones are compatible with a smartphone and offer the ability to answer calls. A pair of wireless headphones is a cool find for its outstanding construction and ability to lock out noise while producing an exceptional sound.
A Nostalgic Record Player
Because vinyl is absolutely everything to true music lovers, an incomparable record player makes an excellent gift idea. The Victrola Wood 7-in-1 model is crafted of beautiful mahogany and includes a record player with a three-speed turntable, a CD player, a cassette player, a radio, and Bluetooth functionality.
Compact Home Speakers
These days, convenience is everything. And with modern advancements come the kinds of home speakers that make creations of the past look completely obscure. That’s especially true of the Bose Home Speaker 300, which is built to perform by providing the brand’s standard 360° sound quality from its sleek, compact interface. It also includes built-in voice companions, like Alexa and Google Assistant, to simplify the music-playing experience even more.
Personalized Guitar Pick
Whether they’re just learning how to play or routinely go on tour, guitar players appreciate the thoughtfulness of a personalized guitar pick. There are hundreds of great options: Add a photo of their family or significant other to a photo pick, or brand it with their name atop a rustic wooden backdrop for a country-cool vibe.
Eye-Catching Music Décor
Decorating the home with musical accents is an easy way to show some love for the fine art form. Is your music lover wild about hair metal, new wave, and synthpop? This 1980s cassette mixtape pillow emblazoned with their name is the ultimate gift. Do they love playing the piano? This beautiful desk lamp makes a striking addition to their home office. Or keep it simple and super appropriate with this eye-catching hand calligraphy poster that encourages them to turn up the music!
Some Musical Baubles
An elegant necklace depicting a bass clef and an inverted treble symbol is a chic choice for the fashionable music lover in your life. She’ll think of you every time she puts it on! If she prefers something simpler and more understated, find a pair of music note stud earrings that will fit the bill nicely. And you can never go wrong with a substantial watch made with the finest materials and imprinted with piano keys and a music note!
A Great Read
Never underestimate the power of a great book! If you know that they love a particular artist, why not find a book about that person or band? Otherwise, think broader but still highly appealing. 1000 Record Covers by Michael Ochs offers a comprehensive look at — you guessed it — the most iconic record covers from rock artists through history. And 50 Years of Rolling Stone: The Music, Politics and People That Shaped Our Culture is a must for any historical music enthusiast.
Whether for the holiday season, a birthday, or just because, there’s no better way to show your appreciation for your favorite music fan than with one of these thoughtful gifts for music lovers. Tuck it into a gift bag — music-themed, of course! — and you’ll be all set to make their day.

One of my favorite things in life is music. I know what you mean about the music lover and vinyl records, my husband has hundreds of albums. I had to learn how to hold them and treat them even though I grew up and went to college through the vinyl period. My albums were all scratched and had fingerprints his are in mint condition. With the holidays I have found that adding vinyl records to the round ornaments with a touch of a personal text in the label area makes a wonderful holiday keepsake.
I am curious about the item mentioned above A Nostalgic Record Player. I guess this can be found at any electronics shop. I opened a shop for just music additions and added some of my music wedding suites to it.
Another favorite area for music designs are pocket watches for the groom and groomsmen gifts.
