A poem to encourage someone in your life and let them know how proud you are of them. Poem reads: I am Proud of You. You stumble, sometimes stopping to smooth the stones that scrape your feet. Sometimes throwing them back into the ocean because they weren't worth your time. You never fall. Always ready, with arms stretched forward waiting to catch the ground growing ever closer beneath you. Yet you look up, now your eyes seeing farther ahead until the ground no longer comes into view. You have grown not taller, but stronger. No longer afraid of those stones. Your hands stretched up instead of out and I am proud of you
