Indian and his Horse 1858 Clock

Shoshone Indian and his Pet Horse 1858 Alfred Jacob Miller Shoshone are a Native American tribe that originated in the western Great Basin and spread north and east to Idaho and Wyoming. They are also known as the Shoshoni or Snake Indians. The Shoshone are closely related to the Comanche, Paiute, and Ute Indians. Shoshone occupied territory from southeastern California, Nevada and northwestern Utah into southern Idaho and western Wyoming. The Shoshone acquired horses in 1700, which completely changed their lifestyles. They became proficient hunters and fierce warriors. Alfred Jacob Miller was an American artist best known for his paintings of trappers and Native Americans in the fur trade of the western United States. He also painted numerous portraits and genre paintings in and around Baltimore during the mid-nineteenth century. Born: January 2, 1810, Baltimore, MD Died: June 26, 1874, Baltimore, MD

It arrived early and looked exactly as it was shown. Mom absolutely lived it. The design process was fairly easy to use as well. I will be coming back and sharing with others. Thanks 😊. Exactly as pictured.
