The mug was completed in way less than 24 hours, and arrived shortly thereafter. The photos were printed on the mug just as they looked on the website, and the mug was substantial and hefty. The printing was great, although I only selected black and white photos for my mug. I did find it a bit difficult on the website to zoom in and see what the mug was going to look like beforehand, but I was very happy with the end result.
