Irish Dance Poem Hand-Drawn St. Patrick's Day Teapot

The beautiful poem "The Fiddler of Dooney," by the great Irish poet William Butler Yeats, ends with the line: "And dance like the waves of the sea." Here in Buffalo at our St. Patrick's Day parade every year, tiny Irish dancers dance on a float that is decorated with those words. These whimsical tiny Irish dancers are all hand-drawn. I painted them in watercolors, with a brush, on paper, the old-fashioned way. This design circles the entire teapot. Fun for an Irish dancer, an Irish dance teacher, or anyone who is a fan of Irish culture and enjoys the St. Patrick's Day festivities.
