I've always had difficulty dealing negative emotions. It's taken me many years to realize that sometimes, "It's okay not to be okay." If we didn't experience those negative emotions, we wouldn't appreciate the good emotions. Without sadness we wouldn't know joy, without fear we wouldn't have courage, without pain we wouldn't know compassion, and so forth. This lovely mug is a great reminder when you are going through a tough time and having difficulty feeling and processing those tough emotions. Sending you all of my love!
