I like the mug and the size. It arrived on time and in good shape. The only problem I have is that there's a slight texture to the inside of the mug that encourages staining from coffee or tea. The printing was crisp and clear

Mugs turned out great! Wife loves them, she wanted something from our home town and they were able to put the logo of our favorite shop (closed many years ago) on nice oversized mugs. Thank you so much! Mugs are great, 4"x4" oversized, just right for ice cream with all the toppings. Mug quality and print finish is excellent. 11/10 highly recommend.
