Japan Imperial Rising Sun Flag, Edo to WW2 Gunmetal Finish Tie Bar
The Rising Sun Flag is a Japanese flag (???, Kyokujitsu-ki) that consists of a red disc and sixteen red rays emanating from the disc. Like the Japanese national flag, the Rising Sun Flag symbolizes the sun. The flag was originally used by feudal warlords in Japan during the Edo period. It was used up until the end of the 2nd World War. This work is in the public domain in Japan according to Article 13 of the Copyright Act of Japan.

The quality is good but not as good as a previous tie clip I bought from Zazzle a few years ago. It was a gift for my son and he likes it.
The new one is on the bottom and on the left in the photos. (The one from a few years ago is the top and the right, I prefer that one). The quality of the printing is good.
