Japanese Woman Reading design made from the Ukiyo-e print by Utagawa Kuniyoshi (歌川国芳) (1797–1861), one of the last great masters of the Japanese ukiyo-e style of woodblock prints and painting. The range of Kuniyoshi's preferred subjects included many genres: landscapes, beautiful women, Kabuki actors, cats, and mythical animals. He is known for depictions of the battles of samurai and legendary heroes.

The shirt itself feels nice against the skin, and has a good shape. There were so many options, it was difficult to narrow it down to the American Apparel Fine Jersey, but I am glad I did. The artwork is unique and fun. The quality of print is awesome! This is a great discovery! I have already ordered 4 of these shirts with different pictures and I plan to order 2 more very soon!

I love this shirt. I had written to the artist asking her if this picture was available on a shirt, and she wrote me back telling me where I could find the shirt. These shirts can be custom made to have a different saying. I loved this saying and went with it. The artist wrote me back later to tell me that she had seen my order go through. I love this artist. Their designs are cute and whimsical. But I ordered too large a size. I don’t mind as I’m going to use it to sleep in. I’ll probably order this in a short sleeve style to wear in the summer. My family loves my chocolate chip cookies so this design has significance for me. Bright and bold. It was off center but that was my fault as I edited the design. Should have left it alone but was just trying out the editing feature. Great editing system to play around with and change things up a little bit
