For Cupcake toppers, use small coffee stir sticks or something similar. Cut out 2" circles of colored cardstock or craft paper (not included), a 2" craft punch will make this an easy task. Carefully cut out these circular cupcake tags. Stick together with foam dimensional pads or gluestick with the stir stick in between and put into decorated cupcakes to add a festive touch to your baby shower or birthday party.
