This card represents universal perfection. It is sometimes described as karma; an action which has an equal and opposite reaction. There is no compassion in justice. There is no human involvement in the event. She teaches us that action and consequence is inescapable. The only way to change consequences is to change the action that caused it, or add a different action that will temper the results. This step on the path speaks to Divine Justice as opposed to a human court system that can be influenced. Here, there is no red tape, no appeals or prosecutorial strategies. Her sword cuts through these machinations as swiftly as through the guilty. Justice is not blind. She does not care about your feelings. One can either cast forth blame for the consequences or face the challenge and grow.
