Only negative is Zazzle kept canceling my order and then giving me instructions on how to reorder only to cancel the new order. This happened every time with service dog identification. The instructions didn't make sense. Calling customer service would rectify but then i had to recorder for third time. It took lot of time and inconvenience. The product itself was good and excellent customer service. Zazzle needs to review their silly procedures for service dog tags as they make it too difficult to order. I eventually bought two but almost went to other internet stores to buy. Only Zazzle has these obstacles for this product. It is unnecessary and has nothing to do with security or legitimacy of service animals legitimacy.
The pricing is unbeatable and the shipping, once processed is timely. The quality was excellent
