I am very pleased with the product on the whole. The printing is well centered and meets to my satisfaction. My only point of criticism is with your packaging of my product. It was mashed some time in transit and because of this the clasp was bent into the back of the button. I was able to fix it easily enough, but in the future you might consider adding a layer of simple foam to help guard against this from happening again. Again, I am pleased with the product and will likely look to you if I have need of a similar product again. The printing was fine, as I said above.

The button was just as expected. My mother's smile was captured so beautifully. The size was just right and the colors we chose were bright. The print was nice and clear. A person ordering should just make sure the wording is lined up in the center before submitting
