You advertised that the invitations would ship out the next day...that is why I chose zazzle over past invitation sites. However...it took a week and a half until they actually shipped. I had to keep calling day to day looking for why they hadn't shipped. Then when they finally did arrive (next day air b/c I insisted) the envelopes didn't fit. I was not a very happy customer. Although the invitations were cute and printing was good , these things made it overall not a good first time experience w/ zazzle. Seriously - how could the envelopes not fit ? Basics. Simple basics not fulfilled by zazzle. This caused me to have to run back to the store and pay for envelopes that fit. Ridiculous. Printing and invitations were good quality and as expected.
