Kermit the Frog lying down Disney Hoodie

I love this sweatshirt! IT makes me smile EVERY time I wear it!!! Great! The colors are lovely!

I ordered this Kermit the Frog shirt to be custome made for my son. Even with the movie being realeased it is near impossible to find anything of Kermit. He saw this shirt and liked the photo so I went and ordered it fot him. I followed the size chart along with the Youth sizing,which is of by atleast 1" width and length. You know it's going to shrink so I called Zazzle Customer Service and spoke to a girl named Jilliana or something similiar(sorry I forget). She gave 100% customer service and told me to hang on to the Youth med shirt and give to charity, she would replace the shirt with a Youth Large.Took about a week to get here, I received yesterday and I have to say the picture on the shirt isn't centered, seems placed too high on shirt and the print is not bold in color almost faded. I have to say I am not very happy with the quality of product and with shipping costs the shirt was over $23.00. I don't think I will buy again from Zazzle despite the fabulous customer service. Printing was not bold in color it was poor like it had faded.

Zazzle made three attempts to get the logo scaled properly and failed three times. We just wanted to get the next size up (kids' large), and the logo applied is much too miniscule. They tried to fix this, printed it exactly the same way, and tried a third time, and it was again printed exactly the same way. Very frustrating. In the photo, the old, smaller hoodie is on the left, and two new ones with poorly-scaled logos are on the right.
