【Nakamura Kichiemon】A modified swallowtail design. The yagō, or shop name, is Harimaya. The name is derived from the eldest son of the third Nakamura Uta Roku (the second Nakamura Tokizō was adopted and predeceased him, making Kichiemon the second son). Notable family members include Nakamura Uta Roku and Nakamura Matagorō. The history of this name is relatively recent. ＜This butterfly differs slightly from the typical swallowtail, characterized by its rounder shape. In family crests, such variations are referred to as 'modified' to distinguish them from standard designs. Unlike most crest names, which date back to the mid-Edo period, Kichiemon was the first to bear this name and did not inherit his father's name.
