Good Quality, and Colors were Perfect! Good size bag with plenty of room. Bag was a gift for a friend for Christmas and she loved it. My only complaint was there was too much empty space. Wish the picture choices could have been horizontal or something to take up more space. Would order from Zazzle again! Color was perfect and personalization looked great!

I tried to return this item and have it replaced because they printed on the back which had an ink stain because there was a yellow drip stain on the front. I knew this because I ordered two bags, one for the mother of the bride and one for the mother of the groom. The one for the mother of the bride was a gift. I am the mother of the groom. Since they were personalized, there’s really nothing else they can be used for. I was assured I would have a replacement bag and receive a call back after I waited on the phone for an hour so as to not wait any longer. Well, the call never came and it has been several days. I also never got an email and there is nothing showing in my account. I’m so disappointed. I have done so much business with Zazzle.
