Lake Tahoe- Emerald Bay Ceramic Ornament

We held our family vacation this year at Lake Tahoe so I decided to order commemorative ornaments, customized with the family name, destination, and year. I had a 20% off coupon so I ordered seven custom ornaments. The very next day, I got a coupon for 50% off! I contacted customer service to ask how I could use the 50% coupon instead. A couple of days later, customer service got back to me and said that they couldn't figure it out so they would cancel my 20% off order and I should order again with the 50% coupon. I did that, adding on gift pouches for the seven ornaments. The ornaments arrived, were nice, but no gift pouches. I contacted customer service to ask if the pouches were coming separately. They responded that they should have been in the same box but they would get them out to me ASAP. A week or so later, another box arrived. It contained SEVEN MORE ornaments and ONE gift pouch. I contacted customer service again and asked for the gift pouches. They apologized and said they would contact the supplier again and get me the gift pouches. I said please be clear to the supplier that I don't want any more ornaments and let me know what to do with the extra ornaments I didn't want. They emailed back to assure me that the replacement order was for just gift pouches. I received the box today. SEVEN MORE custom ornaments, but at least there were seven gift pouches. I now have 21 ornaments and 8 gift pouches and don't know what to do with most of it! Nice.... on all 21 ornaments.

All the picture ornaments turned out well. There was a learning curve for me oh HOW to get the pictures just right. The colors turned out really well. Just a learning curve to get the photos placed just right.
