I was very impressed with how soft & thick this towel was - especially at the great price!. It was delivered very quickly. Unfortunately the initial towel I received had the wrong personalization. When I contacted customer service they had me reorder the towel. I was quickly credited for the initial towel and the new one arrived in just a few days. Printing was wrong initially. Zazzle corrected it very quickly & resent me the corrected towel. It came with a really nice discount towards my next purchase. I had to scramble for a new shower gift. I’m going to give the towel to the new couple as a wedding gift instead. I’m having a hard time waiting since it is so cute & comfy! I was disappointed in the delay & at having to scramble for a new gift but the towel & the customer service is impressive. I would most definitely recommend it. I would just order early.

The towel was of great quality! Very soft, very large! I made this for our son's engagement, making one for him and one for his fiance. They love them!! They will have the memory for a long time now in a very unique way. Perfect! Every word I put on the towel was clearly legible. Great job Zazzle!
