Welcome sign had to be resent due to a crease that spanned almost across the full width of the sign. The replacement however was sent quickly and without incident. .

Overall the sign was awesome! Good quality was a little bummed that it got mashed in transport. The sign definitely has creases where the box got smashed. Had it not been squished it would have been great! .
