Leonardo da Vinci's Lady with an Ermine Kitchen Towel
Lady with an Ermine (1489-1490) by Leonardo da Vinci (1452-1519). A vintage Renaissance Era fine art portrait painting featuring a woman holding an ermine. The subject of the portrait is Cecilia Gallerani, the mistress of Ludovico Sforza, Duke of Milan. An ermine (aka stoat, short-tailed weasel, or Bonaparte weasel) is a northern weasel species in the genus Mustela, family Mustelidae. Called ermine due to its winter white color phase. Historically the animal’s fur was used in royal robes in Europe.

I love the towels, the color is a bit different (more golden in tone) but they are still awesome! Very nice and I am so happy!
