Didn't get the order in time so they are still in the box they came in. I emailed Zazzle to have them re-routed and I was told that since they were shipped already, there was nothing Zazzle could do. Considering that Zazzle was the company sending the package, I am pretty sure that a representative from Zazzle could have called UPS directly to have the package re-routed since they/you are the company that was sending the package. I even offered to pay the shipping cost to have it re-routed. The least Zazzle could have done was to call UPS to ask if it was possible. I didn't even get that as a courtesy for spending $230. The button was just as expected. My mother's smile was captured so beautifully. The size was just right and the colors we chose were bright. The print was nice and clear. A person ordering should just make sure the wording is lined up in the center before submitting

Beautiful concept I like the design and words and colors and all. looking forward to buy more products. Better that what I expected. Paint is high in detail and durable.
