I was pleased with the quality of the materials.
Re/ the size above, it was for my great-niece and I didn't actually see her try it on. It looked about the right size. She is 6. I was a little disappointed that the hat looked like just one big section of red and lines that would have been the sections of the hat didn't really show up.
